The Church Engaged offers Strengths Performance Coach Training at the Marian University Center for Catholic Stewardship, Indianapolis, Indiana. Training sessions are open to those associated with congregations, parishes, church schools and other faith-based organizations. Upon completion of the two-day training and upon favorable feedback from those coached, the participant is certified as a Gallup Strengths Performance Coach.
